Hello and welcome to my website! I'm KannoV (Mari), a 20 year old self-taught digital artist making my passion a side-business.My work mainly consists of a detail oriented, vibrant anime style. I create character portraits. The program I use is Clip Studio Paint on a Surface Pro 7.All information regarding my commissions are found here. CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of KannoV's TOS.
The Commission will begin once the sketch is approved.
The commissioned art will be delivered digitally.
KannoV is not responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to 3-4 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor editsduring the production phase (I.E Color change)
Must be paid in USD
Art commissioned by KannoV is for personal use ONLY.
KannoV can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the artwork in any type of commericial use (NFTs, printed merchandise, etc)
Customer does not hold the right to submit KannoV's artwork into any type of AI.
TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [3/1/26]By commissioning KannoV, you agree to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Prices are fixed based on the listings.
2. Payment is to be done upon approval of the sketch.
3. A payment schedule can be made upon mutual agreement.
4. The commission will start once payment is recieved.PRODUCT DELIVERY
5. The work work will be sent digitally through the Direct Messaging of the site used to buy a commission.
6. KannoV is not responsible for the loss of the art and the customer will not be reimbursed if the art is lost.REVISIONS
7. The Customer is only allowed to revise during the sketching phase 3-4 times.
8. Customer has the right to minor edits during rendering process. Minor edits include color change or small detail changes.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
9. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in US Dollars.
10. It is the Customer's responsibility to convert the cost of the artwork in USD to their own currency.
11. Payment is considered recieved once the amount matches the given price in KannoV's bank.REFUND POLICY
12. The customer has the right to recieve a refund at any time. The refund amount is dependent on the phase of the commission.ART USAGE
13. The artwork recieved is ONLY for personal use. This includes any type of reproduction for profit (NFTs, merchandise, etc)
14. KannoV has the right to post the artwork on her social medias.Putting artwork made by KannoV into generative AI is FORBIDDEN.CANCELLATIONS
15. KannoV reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order without giving reason to the customer. Cancelation results in a full refund.
16. Disrespectful behaviour will result in the cancellation of the order. The Customer will receive full refund. KannoV will have full right to refuse any service from the Customer in the future.
